Once boaters have obtained the requisite permits, this boat ramp offers an attendant and a boat launch that is open to the public.  Although the attendant cannot assist boaters in the launching or extraction of boats or other watercrafts from the water for liability reasons, Burlington City Boat Ramp ensures that individuals and groups have safe and enjoyable outings by enforcing safety and conduct rules on shore at the site.

Prior to launching your watercraft, a Permit is required. To make your life easier, Burlington City Boat Ramp sells Daily and Seasonal watercraft permits on site.  During the season, the Boat Ramp attendant sells permits on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8 am - 4 pm. Burlington City Boat Ramp also offers discounted permit rates for Burlington County residents and Senior Citizens. After purching your permit, don't forget to post it on your vehicle, trailer, and watercraft because it must be displayed.

Upon receiving a Permit, you will also receive a decal for each automotive vehicle, vessel and trailer permitted to park in the Ramp Parking Area.  However, make sure that you remember to get back to the Ramp in time because the Police Department is empowered to tow and impound cars that are still parked beyond the hours the Ramp is open to the public.

Finally, Burlington City Boat Ramp has specific boat restrictions and regulations that you should check before choosing to launch from the site.
