Corson’s Inlet State Park
Located at the southern tip of Ocean City, Corson’s Inlet State Park is one of the few undeveloped areas remaining along the Jersey Shore. If you want to get back to nature, a trip to Corson’s Inlet is the place to go.

Coron's Inlet State Park combines ecotourism with year-round outdoor recreation.

The 341-acre Park features a variety of habitats, such as sand dunes, marine estuaries and upland areas.

Popular activities at Corson’s Inlet include sunbathing, hiking, saltwater fishing and crabbing.  Aquatic sports enthusiasts may enjoy canoeing, kayaking, sailing, motor boating, sail boarding, and jet skiing.

Fish species include blue fish, kingfish, weakfish and striped bass.  Corson’s Inlet also boasts visits by Piping Plover, Least Tern, Black Skimmer, American Oystercatcher, Gulls, Sandpipers, Sanderlings, Herons, geese, ducks, Red Fox, Diamond Back Terrapin, Dolphins,  and migrating Monarch Butterflies.

Corson’s InletState Park is one of several New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail destinations located in Cape MayCounty.

The Park is open daily from dawn to dusk.  Guided Beach walks are available in July and August, Tuesday 9:00am and Wednesday 6:39pm, sponsored by the City of Ocean City.  Fee: $1 adults, $.50 children.                                                                                           

The boat ramp remains open around the clock, seven days a week.
