The Pennsville Historical Society has restored these beautiful grounds to include several museums as well as wildlife viewing areas, fishing off the beach, a picnic area, and a children's playground. Numerous local birds are visible throughout the year. Highlights include Tree Swallow, Purple Martin, Chimney Sweep, and Cooper's Hawk. The centerpiece of the grounds is Locuson Estate which hosts a farmhouse museum, a maritime museum, and the Riverview Beach Park museum, along with an array of historic artifacts.
