Here you can just take a seat and watch the natural process of seasons take place amongst the Deleware River.  Parent can let their kids run free through the Riverfron Park.  There is a 115 mile Deleware Riverfront Heritage trail that connects Jersey to Pensslyvania.

There are many things to do at the Riverfront, other than watching the flow of the Deleware River.  You can have picknicks on the beautiful grasslands, ride your bike up and down the trail or something simple as flying your kite.  No bike, you can always just jog or rollerdlade through out the patk.  If you come during the summer there will always be a free "Riverfront Concert".

If you have your license you can fish along the River Park or you can feed them.  Get a permit and you are allowed to bring your own boat to the River and enjoy it.  There is also a Marina where there is dining at the restaurant and lounge.  There is also a place where you can rent a canoe or kayak.

Sometimes there are special event days where the A.J. Meerwald, which is the New Jersey tall ship, will come through.  You can ride it and catch some evening sails a breezes through your hair.  Overall it is a place for fun and excitement.
